My portraits are all hand-painted or drawn using 

Soft Pastels, Pastel pencils, Acrylic Paint and all artwork

is unique as I use photos to capture the likeness

and special character of the pet, person, place, etc.

 
PRICES...

Price is quoted by estimating the time involved, the medium used,

the number of subjects and the difficulty of the subjects

to create, background or no background etc.

All commission price quotes are for unframed work and

the commission price does not include postage.

Occasionally, I do have specials running, which will be advertised on my

Wild at heART Facebook page, bookings for these are always limited

and done on a first-in (and deposit-paid) first-served basis!

Once we have agreed on a reference photo and you have given

me the go-ahead to proceed with your portrait.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking before I start.

Payable in cash, PayPal or through internet banking.
 
PHOTOS 
High-resolution photos are required as I need to be able to see whiskers

and other details to get an accurate likeness (if I can't see it, I can't paint it.)

The best idea is to email 2-4 of your favourites (jpeg) and I can let you know

which pose works the best. 

If you are using photos created by a professional photographer,

please ask for permission from them first, as their photos may be copyrighted!

If you cannot email photos and have to send them via snail mail,

please include a return postage envelope.

I will take the utmost care with your precious images while

they are in my care!
 
BOOKING DEPOSIT AND PORTRAIT COMPLETION, AND PAYMENT
A 30% deposit is required upon booking a portrait.
My Portraits are usually completed over a few hours each day (anywhere between

8 - 45  hours to complete, depending on how difficult the subject is and

how much detail is involved!)
If your portrait is needed in time for a Birthday or Christmas present,

please give me at least a few weeks’

notice so I can prioritise it around other work commitments!
Once your portrait is completed, a small copyrighted

image will be emailed to you so that you can let me know if there

is anything that you would like changed or tweaked!

You are under no obligation to complete the purchase of your portrait

if you are not completely satisfied with it (however, the 30% deposit

is non-refundable, and both copyright and

original artwork will remain the property of the artist.)

If you are completely happy with your portrait,

then payment can be made via internet banking. Paypal or cash.
 
POSTAGE

If you live within Invercargill City boundaries, I can deliver your portrait to

you or you are welcome to pick it up from my studio in Otatara!

Anywhere else in NZ, artworks will be sent in a postal tube via courier

with tracking.
